I had issues with a gem falling out of one of my earrings that I previously purchased (I believe it was a fluke as there were no similar concerns in the reviews), and customer service was very quick to respond and sent a replacement for the item (shipping included), despite having passed the warranty period. Very impressed!
With regards to the Mystery Box, I remain very impressed with this company! The two items I got were beautiful, classic pieces. I was concerned that they would be clearance/unsold items that they were trying to clear out, but they aren’t. These items are not available on their website. Based on the closest comps that I could find on their website, their claim of it being valued at $160, is accurate. Looking forward to my future boxes!
